Delivery & Logistics - Focusing on sustainability and flexibility
We offer standard delivery within 10-20 working days from approved proof. Need the goods faster? Choose our express option and we'll sort it out in consultation - sometimes in just a few days.
We work with logistics partners who share our vision of sustainable transportation. This means we prioritize route optimization, co-deliveries and green freight solutions whenever possible.
Payment & Ownership
Standard terms are 30 days net from date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed. All goods remain the property of Borgstena Of Sweden until full payment has been received.
In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest on arrears in accordance with the Interest Act and any reminder fees.
Service guarantee for complaints & returns
We pride ourselves on our service guarantee - if a problem arises, we act quickly and with a solution-oriented approach.
In case of a complaint or return, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt. We will help you with guidance, return shipping note and possible replacement delivery. Returns are only accepted after contacting our customer service. Please note that customized or profiled products can only be returned in case of defects for which we are responsible.
Order volume & Packaging options
The minimum order volume depends on the product and is specified in connection with the quote or order request. We offer customized packaging solutions with the possibility of profiling the product with your own logo, color profile or message. Thanks to our own print shop, we can deliver with high flexibility, short lead times and great creative freedom. Together we create packaging that strengthens your brand and matches the purpose of your order - whether for a trade fair, campaign or gift.
Privacy & Data Protection
We process your data in accordance with the GDPR. You have the right to access, rectify or ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.
We never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Cookies are only used to improve the experience on our website.
Withdrawal & Cancellation
In the event of a significant delay that is not due to you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase. For custom-made products, this only applies if production has not started.

Do you want to have your products packed in a different way than what we offer as standard? Then we are happy to offer you that plus service, contact us and we will make suggestions!
Material - original for printing
We would like all submitted files to be vectorized in both text and shape and predefined in the desired print colors. Acceptable file formats are ai, eps, pdf or jpg format.
Repeat for cliché printing
Unless the same cliché can be used for repeater orders, it will be a new start-up cost instead of a repeat cost.
Graphic assistance
Choose this Plus service to get help from our experienced graphic designers with your sales efforts. For example, we can produce examples and proposals that you can show your customer.
Environment
We actively address environmental issues in our daily work. For example, we only use green electricity in our premises, and we heat them by feeding the excess heat from our printing presses back into our heating system.
